  1. General Provisions<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

    These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by C&D BIONICS S.A.S. through the website www.cdbionics.com.<\/span><\/p>

    By making a purchase, the customer expressly accepts these terms.<\/span><\/p>

    1. Products<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

      C&D BIONICS S.A.S. manufactures and markets orthopedic devices for animals, such as prostheses, wheelchairs, splints, joint protectors, and harnesses, made both custom for each pet and by standard sizes.<\/span><\/p>

      1. Purchase Process<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

        The customer must provide accurate and complete information for the correct production of the product. C&D BIONICS S.A.S. is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

        1. Prices and Payments<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

          Prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP). Payments can be made using the methods available on the website.<\/span><\/p>

          C&D BIONICS S.A.S. reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, respecting already confirmed orders.<\/span><\/p>

          1. Production and Delivery Times<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

            As these are customized products, manufacturing and delivery times will be communicated to the customer in advance and may vary depending on the product.<\/span><\/p>

            1. Shipping<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

              Shipments are made through allied transport companies. Delivery time depends on the destination and the transport company; the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.<\/span><\/p>

              1. Warranty<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                Devices manufactured by C&D BIONICS S.A.S. come with a specific warranty depending on the product, which is described in the warranty policies tab.<\/span><\/p>

                1. Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                  In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.<\/span><\/p>

                  1. Exchanges and Returns<\/b><\/li><\/ol>

                    Exchanges or returns are not accepted for customized products, except for duly verified manufacturing defects.<\/span><\/p>
