1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by C&D BIONICS S.A.S. through the website www.cdbionics.com.<\/span><\/p>

By making a purchase, the customer expressly accepts these terms.<\/span><\/p>

2. Products

<\/b><\/p>

C&D BIONICS S.A.S. manufactures and markets orthopedic devices for animals, such as prostheses, wheelchairs, splints, joint protectors, and harnesses, made both custom for each pet and in standard sizes.<\/span><\/p>


3. Purchase Process

<\/b><\/p>

The customer must provide accurate and complete information for the correct production of the product. C&D BIONICS S.A.S. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

<\/span>4. Prices and Payments

<\/b><\/p>

Prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP). Payments can be made using the methods enabled on the website.

<\/span><\/p>

C&D BIONICS S.A.S. reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, respecting orders already confirmed.

5. Production and Delivery Times

<\/b><\/span><\/p>

As these are customized products, manufacturing and delivery times will be communicated to the customer in advance and may vary depending on the product.

6. Shipping

<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Shipments are made through allied transport companies. Delivery time depends on the destination and the transport company; shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

<\/span>7. Warranty

<\/b><\/p>

Devices manufactured by C&D BIONICS S.A.S. come with a specific warranty depending on the product, which is described in the warranty policy tab.

8. Right of Withdrawal

<\/b><\/span><\/p>

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or tailor-made products.

9. Changes and Returns

<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Changes or returns are not accepted for customized products, except for manufacturing defects duly verified.
