Exchange and Return Policy
The customer must carefully verify their pet’s measurements and ensure they select the appropriate device size (rigid splints and joint protectors) according to the provided measurement guide. Our products are not custom-made devices, but rather devices manufactured in standard sizes based on measurement ranges.
C&D BIONICS S.A.S will not issue exchanges or returns if the customer has selected an incorrect size due to improper measurement or a misinterpretation of the size guide. It is the customer’s responsibility to correctly take the reference measurements before making a purchase.
In cases where measurements are taken virtually for custom devices, the guardian must send a photographic record of each measurement indicated in the service order, following the instructions provided. If measurements are not sent as specified, C&D BIONICS S.A.S is not responsible for the correct functioning of the device or for additional costs derived from shipping or adjustments.
The manufacturing of custom-made devices will begin once a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total product value has been made, which will be non-refundable once the manufacturing process has started. For standard-sized products, shipping will only take place after full payment is received. Estimated delivery times are three (3) to five (5) business days for custom-made splints and joint protectors, five (5) to seven (7) business days for wheelchairs, and fifteen (15) to twenty (20) business days for prosthetics, which may vary depending on production capacity and the availability of materials.
Shipping costs, both domestic and international, shall be borne entirely by the customer. In the unfortunate event of the patient’s passing during the manufacturing process of a custom-made device, the initial deposit will not be refunded, as it is a personalized product for exclusive use.
