1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products and services offered by C&D BIONICS S.A.S. through the website www.cdbionics.com.

By making a purchase, the customer expressly accepts these terms.

2. Products

C&D BIONICS S.A.S. manufactures and markets orthopedic devices for animals, such as prostheses, wheelchairs, splints, joint protectors, and harnesses, made both custom for each pet and in standard sizes.

3. Purchase Process

The customer must provide accurate and complete information for the correct production of the product. C&D BIONICS S.A.S. is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are expressed in Colombian Pesos (COP). Payments can be made using the methods enabled on the website.

C&D BIONICS S.A.S. reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, respecting orders already confirmed.

5. Production and Delivery Times

As these are customized products, manufacturing and delivery times will be communicated to the customer in advance and may vary depending on the product.

6. Shipping

Shipments are made through allied transport companies. Delivery time depends on the destination and the transport company; shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Warranty

Devices manufactured by C&D BIONICS S.A.S. come with a specific warranty depending on the product, which is described in the warranty policy tab.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or tailor-made products.

9. Changes and Returns

Changes or returns are not accepted for customized products, except for manufacturing defects duly verified.
